If I am supposed to be dissolving these in water I have not been. I just take two in the morning and off I go. They really do help with energy and focus. I am not sure if they help with hydration, I have not noticed much of a difference. They seem to be effective with working out and walking. Easy to swallow if you don't want to dissolve them in water. The Value for the money is a bit steep but I like them.

I've been drinking Hydrogen water for a good couple years. Using the electric bottle for the most part and I've tried the tablets that dissolve in about 5 minutes in a glass a water. Both have been excellent feeling water. But they do take that initial 3 to 5 minutes to process.Where these capsules are perfect for the quick swallow and release when I've either spaced or just don't have the time in the morning. Overall I feel the same benefits as the other two. It's quick and easy but I don't get the drink out of it. Which I do enjoy. But I think this one can compliment the other two versions nicely as a good alternative.

I just started taking the DailyH2 Molecular Hydrogen Capsules. Did I read the direction first? No. It is recommended to take them on an empty stomach, and I didn't follow that advice originally since I didn't read it. Problem corrected. Following the directions provides better results.The recommended serving is 1 to 2 per day with water on an empty stomach. They recommend a quick start of 2 capsules 2 times a day for 2 weeks, so I may try that.

These hydrogen capsules are a little bit unusual. Usually, you are supposed to put hydrogen capsules in a glass or bottle of water, allow to fully dissolve, and then quickly consume that water, which theoretically is now enriched with hydrogen. These recommend that you just take them like a regular pill, on an empty stomach with water. Also, these have a few additional ingredients that you don’t usually find in hydrogen tablets: calcium, zinc, and selenium. These also contain magnesium carbonate. Unfortunately, it also has a few filler ingredients, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. These do state that they are GMP certified made in the USA and third-party tested, so I feel like it’s safe to at least try them. I was curious if it would create an upset/gassy stomach similar to taking baking soda or another fizzy object. my stomach did feel a little funny for a little while, but not too bad. Unfortunately, I can’t report that I experienced any boost and energy.

I really like these daily molecular hydrogen capsules from PrimoNutra. I started out taking half a dose, one per day instead of two, to make sure there were no adverse effects. Even with a half dose, I've noticed a slight uptick in energy, better bowel movements, and improved cognition. I've also started taking a few other supplements around the same time, but I'm pretty sure this one is contributing to the results I'm getting, as they're consistent with the benefits of this type of supplement. I would definitely recommend this product. I'm moving up to the full two-capsule daily dose. Like me, you might see results with half a dose, but the full dose might be even better - we'll see.

It’s important to take hydrogen water tablets on an empty stomach. This is extremely important for absorption. Research shows that food reduces how much molecular hydrogen your body can utilize. So I take 1 pill first thing in the morning, and the second pill (daily recommended is 2 pills daily) for better energy before working out.Online it says that for better energy, take hydrogen tablets 10-30 minutes before working out. Since the capsule needs to break down to release the H2, I take it a half hour beforehand and it works well.Since I don’t work out every day, I take the second pill mid afternoon when my energy is low and it helps give me a lift.Something I haven’t tried but may be useful for some of you is that it says online that drinking it a couple of hours after dinner may help with overnight recovery and sleep quality.

These supplements caught my eye as I've not really seen such a thing before so I researched more on them. The dosage of each ingredient is close enough for some benefits & from my testing I can say I feel some of the benefits listed. I feel a bit more focused but that could be placebo. The speed of recover, gut health, & oxidative stresses are something that would have to be measured clinically and over time. As for the ingredients that support this, the amounts are close to in range. Not too much different than just taking a multivitamin that has it all in my opinion, and as for the 'hydrogen', they don't really list the amount of the ingredient, but they do list the supporting micronutrients.I can say they're easy to swallow, give somewhat a continuation of good energy for given you are taking care of you body correctly, and following the instructions. The ingredients seem to be clean & overall they're good for the sole purpose they intend to help with. I think they're in the range of affordable , but overall I'm happy to know I'm supporting my body with extra nutrients

I don't really like the way it tastes, though, so when I am doing the tablets I always have to either dilute them down with so much water that it takes me a while to drink it or I have to add flavor, which I don't always want. I like these because I can take them with water and not have the taste I don't like.If you're doing molecular hydrogen, this would be a good alternative for you. I like it and haven't noticed a difference between this and the tablets on the days I alternate with this.
