I am on a journey of improving my health and have been learning a lot about the potential benefits of molecular hydrogen. I have been drinking hydrogen water but when I saw these I thought they could be a good option for when I don’t have my hydrogen water bottle with me. They are easy to take (they recommend 1-3 capsules daily with water) and they don’t have any taste or odor. Fillers weren’t listed on the listing at the time of this review and if they had been I would not have ordered these because I always try to avoid fillers in my supplements. They contain dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose , magnesium stearate, and silica. Just so you are fully informed before consuming.

I ordered and recently started supplementing with this Primonutra brand Primo H2 for it's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support. There are many claims that molecular hydrogen selectively targets harmful free radicals and oxidative stress. This product's formulation contains a high quality blend of Plant-Derived Bioactive Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, and 72 trace minerals that rebuilds your antioxidant defense system and supports optimal cell function. I like that this is convenient to take with easy to swallow vegetarian capsules. I found that the label proves to be unclear about the suggested use. While it states to take 1-3 capsules a day with water, and it states a loading dose of 2 capsules twice a day, it doesn't suggest how long one might take the loading dose. And also the company website suggests to take 1 capsule 3 times a day This product contains 60 capsules in the bottle,. The label states the company's name and telephone number, but no address. The company's has a respectable website which states their products are designed with a purpose "using cutting-edge nutrition science, we craft formulas with proven ingredients to unlock your full potential". In addition,they mention their selective quality ingredients are sourced worldwide to guarantee product purity, effectiveness, and affordability at the highest standards. I wasn't able though to find any mention of GMP certified facilities or 3rd party certification. As of this writing, with all of potential benefits, it's too early to report any real or subjective results, but only time will tell.

It says in the listing description there is 2mg in each capsule but doesn't state this anywhere on the bottle.So far, I have noticed I am waking up earlier in the mornings, naturally with no alarm, and not dragging out of bed. Also feeling more alert throughout the day!The loading dose to start off is 2 capsules twice a day and then 1-3 capsules daily and drink with water.Normal sized capsules, easy to swallow and no taste.

However, I haven’t noticed any positive effects yet, as I just started taking it and expect it to take some time before I can see results.It's worth noting that this supplement doesn't contain H2 directly. Instead, it includes a proprietary magnesium blend that reacts with water in the stomach to generate H2, so it’s essential to take this with water.The bottle contains 60 capsules, and the recommended dosage is three times a day—in the morning, afternoon, and evening—meaning this bottle lasts only 20 days. At nearly $2 per day, it’s on the expensive side, but the cost might be justified IF the supplement works as expected.I usually prefer supplements produced in GMP-certified facilities, but I couldn't find specific information on whether PrimoNutra products, including PrimoH2, are made in such a facility in the US. Despite this, the supplement arrived well-sealed, and the capsules are odorless, of standard size, and easy to swallow. I'm satisfied with this supplement so far and plan to buy more if it proves effective.

This form is easy to take, as other form usually require dissolving in water, or generating with hydrogen water bottles. Molecular hydrogen is touted as have many benefits. I'm most interested in its effects of inflammation, as a senior who still takes tart in demanding sports.60 pills, the instructions say to take 1-3 daily, and loading (at the beginning) with 2 capsules twice a day. So this will last anywhere from about three weeks to two months, depending on how aggressive you want to be.

I was excited to try this product as I’ve heard great things about the benefits of molecular hydrogen. I chose the capsules for convenience, as I prefer them over powder. I appreciate that each capsule contains 2mg of molecular hydrogen along with minerals such as Aquamin, zinc, selenium, and magnesium. I was pleasantly surprised by the almost immediate energy boost I experienced, which lasted throughout the day. I look forward to continuing with this supplement and discovering any additional benefits it may offer.

I can't sing the praises of primoh2 enough. I have used this for the past 6 years and have introduced many friends and family to this product. It helps for all kinds of chronic health issues that I had been dealing with. I have friends who have come off of adhd and bipolar meds by taking this.

There is nothing in here I wouldnt be taking regularly, they've just put it all in one capsule and I can't really complain about it. I have no downsides to this supplement, at all, no adverse results, no negative side effects. I've not seen any majors changes or benefits that I can pinpoint and say 'its because I've added this' but I'm crossing my fingers for Wake Up Easier one .. the alarm clock shuffle is real.

This supplement contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and a propriety blend of H2. If you are interested in adding extra hydrogen to your diet, these capsules are a quick and easy way to make it happen. The serving size is 1 - 3 capsules a day with water. I only take 1 capsule at night before I go to bed. I take it about 30 - 60 minutes before I am ready to sleep and find the magnesium helps me rest and relax.I am not sure if this extra hydrogen is helping my health or not, but I feel good about getting extra antioxidants. The price of the bottle is not bad if you are taking 1 capsule a day. if you are taking 3 a day, it is a little pricey for a month's supply. The quality is good and the capsules are easy to swallow. Recommended if you are looking for a way to add hydrogen to your lifestyle.

I've tried all the different H2 products. Water machine, the tablet, the bottled ones. Nothing gives me the results like PrimoH2 does. I take it with me everywhere as I travel. I’ve been using hydrogenated water containers this year. I know it’s good for me, I just can’t tell the difference. Sometimes, health effects are internal and so is with this. I’m just glad that I get the benefits of it. One of the benefits is that I sleep and breathe better, while sleeping. Aside from that, it has a lot of other benefits, if you don’t take supplements or vitamins.

Ingredients:The primary ingredients in this supplement are rock solid. However, this supplement does contain several fillers, which is disappointing.The listing should have been clear that this supplement does contain fillers because there are many people like me who prefer to avoid them.Outside of the disappointment with the fillers in this supplement, it's a solid option that comes from a stable, reliable company.3 stars

I'm new to this type of supplement. As I age, I am noticing more fatigue and need for down time after yard work or chores. In the muggy heat of Texas, I run out of interest faster. This molecular hydrogen blend does seem to be of assistance. I have no complaints about this supplement. No flavor or difficulty in taking the capsules. I do like capsules better than tablets. I was surprised at how fast this stuff kicked in after taking it, with plenty of water and a bit of food it doesn’t hurt your stomach, and I definitely felt….well cleaner inside my body if that makes sense, I felt a mild cleaning that made me feel mildly better as I kept taking it, and I saw results when I went to relieve myself as well. All in all a good product to help detox and assist bodily function.

I ordered these capsules for their antioxidant properties. The capsules are tasteless, odorless, and easy to take. While I haven’t noticed any significant changes yet, I also haven't experienced any negative side effects. The company seems reputable and the product was well presented.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.The suggested use is 1-3 capsules per day, in which case the bottle will last 20-60 days. It says the loading dose is 2 capsules twice a day, but it doesn't say how many days to do that so I did not include it in the 20-60 days.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. When this happens, some of those things are listed on the product page, but not in this case. Their website says they have an organic certification, but does not connect that to this supplement. The site does say they are non-GMO and 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. They have a phone number on the bottle, which I appreciate because the website doesn't even have a Contact page. They do have a Google Maps entry that includes their phone number and website as well. Their primonutra site is functional and informative. They have been in business over 10 years, and also manufacture supplements for other companies.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I have used this company before and have been interested in hydrogen this year - first with water bottles, then I learned about the supplement form. No results yet personally, but I have read some compelling research and think there is something to the science.The price seems a little high, but I appreciate getting a quality supplement from an established company; that's worth at least some of the price.
