There are no known or documented side effects of taking PrimoH2 through the past 8 years. You can use PrimoH2 with alkaline water since your stomach acid contains enough H+ ions for PrimoH2 to work effectively.
PPM depends on the amount of water. 1 capsule of PrimoH2 generates 4.74ppm of H2 per 350ml of water, 3.3ppm of H2 per 500ml of water, and 1.65ppm of H2 per 1L of water.
